WORK ON SHOW WEBSITE PRE-LAUNCH TERMS Effective date: 24 August 2026 Version: 2026-08-24 1. About these Terms These Website Pre-launch Terms apply to the public Work On Show website, the pre-launch landing page, invitation-only waitlist pages, access codes, invitation links and related service messages. They do not govern a future formal Creator account, application, profile, membership, payment service or content licence. Those services will have separate terms and may require fresh acceptance. 2. Operator and contact Work On Show is an early-stage creative platform operated in the United Kingdom by its founder as an individual. It is not currently operated by a named incorporated company. These Terms do not state that a company, partnership or other legal entity operates the service, and no unprovided company name or postal address is implied. For questions about the website, these Terms, privacy, security or deletion, contact hello@workonshow.com. 3. Eligibility The waitlist is available only to people aged 18 or over. By using an invitation or submitting a waitlist request, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. 4. Invitation-only access Work On Show is in a controlled pre-launch phase. There is no public open registration, public request form, public access code, published queue, guaranteed selection, guaranteed timing, priority promise, membership promise or Work On Show identity number at this stage. A targeted invitation link is intended for the email address to which it was issued and normally expires after 30 days. A reusable code is also normally valid for 30 days and must not be published or used to create unauthorised access. The founder may revoke a code or invitation, and an invitation may be used only as described in the message that contains it. A code or waitlist entry is not a formal Creator invitation. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, application, employment relationship, agency relationship, representation arrangement, membership, approval, commission, exclusivity or promise that a later formal invitation will be made. The founder chooses any later formal invitations separately. School, discipline, source and position in time do not create a right to selection or priority. 5. Acceptable use You must not: - use an invitation, code or account of another person without permission; - publish, sell or distribute a private invitation or access code; - submit information for another person without authority or impersonate another person; - interfere with the website, email delivery, verification or security controls; - use bots, scraping, automated submissions or methods intended to bypass rate limits; - probe, reverse engineer or attempt to access routes, data or systems that are not made available to you; - upload malware or send material that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or infringing; or - use the website to send advertising, unsolicited bulk messages or a disguised commercial solicitation. Please do not send identity documents, private evidence, portfolio files, payment information or confidential third-party information through the pre-launch waitlist. The form is not designed for those materials. 6. Information you provide You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, lawful and yours to provide. You must have permission to use any email address, URL or description that you submit. You retain any rights you have in your own material, but you grant Work On Show permission to use the submitted information only as needed to operate, protect and administer the pre-launch waitlist in accordance with the Waitlist Privacy Notice. The waitlist is not a portfolio submission, publication application or content review service. No portfolio, profile or other public identity is created by submitting the form. 7. Website content and intellectual property The Work On Show name, website design, text, graphics, code and other website material are owned by or used with permission by the operator, except for material identified as belonging to another person. You may view the website and make reasonable personal reference copies. You must not reproduce, sell, republish, modify, frame, distribute or commercially exploit website material without permission, except where applicable law gives you a right to do so. Nothing in these Terms grants a content licence for a future Creator profile, project or publication. Any later licence will be stated separately and accepted separately. 8. Privacy and service email The Work On Show Pre-launch Waitlist Privacy Notice explains what information is collected, why it is used, service providers, retention, transfers and your rights. It forms part of the information governing your use of the waitlist. Necessary invitation, verification, confirmation, reconfirmation and possible formal-invitation messages are service messages, not marketing. We do not promise that every message will arrive, and you should not share access codes or one-time codes with anyone. 9. Availability and changes The website is provided during an early-stage pre-launch period. We may change, pause, restrict or discontinue a page, invitation, code, waitlist or service message at any time where needed for security, abuse prevention, provider limits, maintenance, legal compliance, a change of plan or another operational reason. We may remove information in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable law. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular purpose. Information on the pre-launch website is general information about a planned service and is not professional, legal, financial or career advice. 10. Suspension and termination We may suspend or end access to an invitation, code or waitlist record if we reasonably believe that these Terms, the Privacy Notice, security requirements or applicable law have been breached, or if continued access would create a risk to people or the service. We may also act on a valid withdrawal or deletion request. A suspension or withdrawal does not create a right to restore a waitlist entry or receive a later invitation. 11. Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit that limitation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated selection, loss of data caused by your own failure to protect access details, or the acts of an external email, hosting or network provider. The pre-launch waitlist does not charge a fee and is provided without a promise of selection, publication or future availability. 12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in your place of residence requires another law to apply. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. 13. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms when the pre-launch service or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date will be shown on the Terms page. If a change materially affects an action you are asked to take, we will provide any further notice or acceptance step required by law. 14.
